New Orleans marriage records are available from 1936 for a fee. Include name,
marriage date, spouse's name, where marriage took place. Marriages that occurred
in parishes other than New Orleans are obtained from the Clerk of Court in that
parish. Divorce records are obtained from the Civil District Court.
